What types of industrial parts can you help me source?
We work across many categories — motors, pumps, valves, sensors, controllers, bearings, fasteners, electrical components, and more. Our catalog references 4,000+ brands and 660,000+ part numbers as a reference index, and we source parts on demand through our supplier network based on your request.
How do I request a quote?
Submit your request on our Contact page, email [email protected], or message us on WhatsApp. Include the brand and part number if you have them — a photo or nameplate also helps. We respond within two business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET) to confirm we're on it; your full written quote follows once our supplier network confirms availability and pricing.
How much does it cost to request a quote?
Nothing. Requesting a quote is free and there is no upfront payment. You only pay once you review and accept a written quote that lists pricing, lead time, condition, and warranty terms.
Are you an authorized distributor of these brands?
No. AllPartsIn is an independent US-based reseller. We are not authorized by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the manufacturers whose brands appear in our catalog, unless explicitly stated. Brand names are used for identification only. We work with reputable suppliers to source parts on request, and the source, condition (new/refurbished/surplus), warranty, and return terms are confirmed in writing at quote time before purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Specific shipping methods, rates, and timelines are confirmed at quote time based on the destination, product, and supplier.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Return and warranty terms are confirmed in writing at quote time, before purchase, based on the supplier and product. For defective items, we work with you and the supplier on replacement or refund according to the supplier's policy. See our Shipping & Returns page for more detail.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Once you accept a quote, you can pay securely online by card. Payments are processed through Stripe — we never store your full card details.
Do you offer bulk or contract pricing?
Yes. For bulk orders, recurring purchases, or long-term sourcing arrangements, contact us with your requirements and we'll prepare a tailored quote.
