About SAMIFLEX
Samiflex is a brand of flexible shaft couplings produced by Compania Internacional de Transmisiones S.A. (CITSA), based in Barcelona, Spain. The couplings use two identical hubs (in cast iron, cast steel, or aluminum alloy) joined by a polyurethane elastomeric insert that is split axially, allowing the insert to be replaced without moving the hubs or dismantling the connected machinery.
The design accommodates angular, radial, and axial misalignment while damping shock and vibration, covers a wide range of torque and shaft-bore sizes, and offers ATEX-compliant versions for explosive atmospheres. The couplings are used across general industrial power-transmission applications.
