About NERI MOTORI
Neri Motori S.r.l. is an Italian electric motor manufacturer based in San Giovanni in Persiceto near Bologna, in the region known as the Motor Valley. Founded by Walter Neri, the company has been designing and producing asynchronous electric motors since 1946, growing from an artisan workshop into a producer with an average output of around 1,000 motors per day, roughly half of which is exported.
The range covers three-phase and single-phase asynchronous motors to IEC standards in frame sizes 50 to 200, dual-polarity versions, and self-braking motors such as the AT three-phase brake series, the AHE3 high-efficiency IE3 brake series and the AM single-phase brake series. The company has also introduced IPM synchronous motors reaching IE4 efficiency.
Its motors drive industrial machinery across general automation, lifting and machine-building applications.
