About EMOD
EMOD-MOTOREN GmbH is a German manufacturer of electric motors that began operations in 1953. The company produces at two sites in Germany, in Fulda and Bad Salzschlirf, and has specialized for decades in three-phase and special-purpose motors engineered to customer requirements.
The product range covers AC and DC motors with rated outputs from 0.06 kW up to 1700 kW. Alongside standard three-phase motors, EMOD builds encapsulated motors, servo motors and flat motors, and offers designs in high energy-efficiency classes up to IE5. A large share of production consists of customized variants adapted in mounting, cooling and electrical design.
