About ELSTEIN
Elstein-Werk M. Steinmetz GmbH & Co. KG is a German manufacturer based in Northeim, founded in 1950 as a specialty factory for ceramic infrared heaters. The company traces its origins to a 1949 patent for the first infrared heater with a fully ceramic radiating panel, and it has concentrated on ceramic infrared heating technology ever since.
The range includes the FSR series of ceramic infrared emitters with a concave radiating face for operating temperatures up to 750 degrees C, the HTS high-temperature panel heaters rated up to 900 degrees C with surface ratings up to 64 kW/m2, and the SHTS super-high-temperature series for high-output, plant-engineering applications. Elstein also supplies complete infrared heating systems and heating lines.
Elstein heaters are widely used in thermoforming and vacuum forming machines, packaging, paint curing, printing and industrial drying processes.
