About CEJN
CEJN is a Swedish manufacturer of quick connect couplings founded in 1955 by Carl Erik Josef Nyberg, whose initials form the company name. Nyberg's first patented coupling addressed the leaking, inefficient compressed air connections common at the time, and the business remains a family-owned group with production facilities and sales companies on several continents.
The program covers quick connect couplings and nipples for compressed air, breathing air, hydraulic oil and other fluids and gases, together with hose reels, blowguns, hoses and related accessories. A well-known example is the eSafe series of venting safety couplings for compressed air, which release downstream pressure before disconnection to prevent hose whip and reduce noise.
