The quality of a parts quote depends on the quality of the request. Give a supplier the right details up front and you'll get an accurate price and lead time on the first reply instead of a chain of clarifying questions.
Include these details
- Brand and full part/model number (and any suffixes).
- Quantity needed, and whether it's a one-off or recurring.
- Acceptable condition: new only, or is refurbished/surplus OK?
- Required-by date — this drives whether speed or price wins.
- Destination country (for shipping and any import considerations).
- A photo of the nameplate if the number is worn or you're unsure.
What a good quote should tell you back
A complete quote states the unit price, lead time, item condition (new / refurbished / surplus), and the warranty and return terms — in writing, before you buy. If any of those are missing, ask before committing.
Request a quote
Send us what you have — even just a brand and a blurry photo — and we'll take it from there. Requesting a quote is free and there's no obligation; you only pay once you accept a written quote.
